These terms govern your use of WrenReply, operated by Domaniai LTD. They are short on purpose.

What you get

An assistant on your website, built from your website's own content, that answers visitors and records enquiries for you. We install it, we keep it running, and we refresh what it knows when your site changes.

What it costs

199 US dollars per month. The first fourteen days are free and we do not ask for a card to start them. When those fourteen days end, the assistant stops answering on your website unless you have added a payment method. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of a trial, because we have nothing to charge it to.

Once you do subscribe we bill monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no notice period.

What we promise

The assistant answers from your website's content. It is instructed not to invent prices, availability, or commitments on your behalf.
Your enquiries and conversations are yours. Ask and we export them. Cancel and we delete them within 30 days.
We do not use your business's content or your visitors' conversations to build a product for anybody else.

What we cannot promise

The assistant is software and it can be wrong. It can misread an ambiguous page, or answer a question your website answers badly. You are responsible for what your website says, and for checking the enquiries before you act on them. If the assistant gets something wrong, tell us and we will correct it, usually the same day.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will tell you honestly when something breaks rather than hide it.

What you agree to

You have the right to put the assistant on the website you are asking us to install it on.
You will not use it to mislead people about who they are talking to. It identifies itself as an assistant when asked, and you will not instruct us to change that.
You will not use it for anything unlawful, or to collect payment details, medical records, or identification numbers from visitors.

Ending it

You can leave at any time from your account or by writing to us. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately if the service is being used unlawfully. If we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of the month.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, where Domaniai LTD is registered.
